The Warm Up Band is designed to prevent injuries by focusing on warming up and joint mobilization, setting it apart from our existing range of resistance bands for muscle strengthening.
To assist with your warm-up, the Warm Up Bands come with exercises developed in collaboration with our physiotherapy team.
